Best design
- The tapping center structural parts are made of high-quality Meehanite cast iron (GB 300A +) and are tempered and have a hardness of over 190HB.
- Structural design with large span columns is more reliable.
- The X / Y / Z axis uses high-precision, high-speed linear guides for smooth motion, fast speed, low vibration, low noise, and high precision.
- Thickened honeycomb base: This structural design makes the vertical CNC mill base more stable during the actual production process, thus reducing machine vibration.
Fast automatic tool changer
- Use a rotary automatic tool changer (ATC) with the fastest tool change speed of 1 second. Its maximum capacity is 16PCS and 21PCS.
- Automatic tool changer undergoes rigorous durability testing.
